A member of staff at Marriott House and Lodge in Chichester has received a prestigious long service award in celebration of working at Barchester Healthcare for 20 years.
Sarah Harding now care practitioner and head of activities started working with Barchester in June 2000 as a care assistant and has worked with residents and their relatives to ensure that their needs have been met over the years.
Sarah has completed qualifications in care during her time with Barchester Healthcare. and most recently has become one of the company’s first care practitioners.
Sarah also heads up the activities team and ensures that our residents social needs are met by ensuring a wide range of activities are on offer for all. To celebrate this achievement, she was presented with presents, vouchers, and a special Gold Barchester Leaf Badge.
