Appeal for witnesses after driver dies in East Dean collision

Police are appealing for witnesses after a teenager died in an East Dean collision.

 

 

Officers were called to the A259 between East Dean and Exceat at 9.25pm on Saturday (May 30) after a grey Toyota Aygo was involved in a single vehicle collision.

 

 

Sadly, the 17-year-old driver, was pronounced dead at the scene. An 18-year-old woman, a passenger in the car, suffered minor injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment.
