A recruitment agency in the city centre is celebrating 20 years in business.
On Wednesday last week, the team kicked off a day of celebrations with a cake and balloons – a huge surprise to managing director, Beverley Kent, who had no idea the team at Futures were preparing to recognise her achievement.
Turning the key in the office door at 38 South Street on July 17 was the beginning for Futures Recruitment Services.
Bev launched the business onto Chichester high street in 1999 and the longevity and growth of the agency has been attributed to her dedication, tenacity and wealth of knowledge within the recruitment sector.
During this time, the business has expanded significantly, catering for all levels of recruitment, while remaining an independent business.
Futures Recruitment Services was founded with the primary aim to meet clients’ recruitment needs in the most prompt, efficient and cost-effective way.
The business has developed a reputation for being committed to providing a professional and confidential service and making effective and lasting matches for both clients and candidates.
The same care and attention to detail is given to all assignments, regardless of their size and nature.
The business relocated in June, 2005, to 52 South Street, with bigger premises to meet the growth and fast-paced activity of the business.
Over the last 20 years, Bev has forged strong relationships with many clients across the south coast.
Celebrations continued for the rest of the week, with candidates and clients popping in to pick up a Futures cupcake and these celebrations will continue throughout July.
Clients, candidates and friends of Futures Recruitment Services are all welcome to pop in and collect a cupcake.
The team at Futures said they were delighted to celebrate 20 years of business under the leadership of Beverley, who they regard as an extraordinary business owner.
