Newspapers – publisher of the Bognor Regis Post and Chichester Post – is celebrating keeping you informed for 157 issues!
We’re proud of what we have achieved in the past year. We hope you have enjoyed it with us as well and we’re grateful for your support which has given us the area’s largest free newspaper readership.
We aim to feature as many articles and photographs of the news in our area as we can to keep you informed and entertained.
You have told us you enjoy the coverage we provide – and we know our advertisers see the benefit of your support of them.
Time and time again they tell us that using the unrivalled coverage we can provide them through our pages pays off for their products and services.
Editor-in-chief Adam Cunard said he was hugely proud of the success of the newspaper and extremely pleased to be celebrating the third anniversary.
He said: “It’s a big achievement reaching our third birthday. It was a gamble launching a newspaper in an era when print is widely said to be going out of fashion. But the success we have achieved shows that the right printed product very much has a future.
“We are delighted with the response we have had from those who value our coverage and those who value our advertising.
“Our team is all committed to providing the best printed service for Bognor Regis and Chichester and we all firmly believe in the fact that local is best. Of course, we have learned lessons along the way and we will be learning some more as we go through to our fourth year.
“We are, though, determined to continue to serve the communities we cover in the best way we can.
“Local news is important and local news from an impartial source is even more important at a time when claims and counter-claims can circulate on the internet in a matter of minutes.
“We are looking forward to the next 12 months with growth and expansion on its way.”
Copies of the Post are available from dozens of outlets around Bognor Regis and Chichester from independent shops to the biggest supermarkets. They can also be collected from our offices at 53 London Road, Bognor Regis, PO21 1DF.
