During the festive season we all end up letting ourselves go. But fear not.

They’re excited to announce the opening of their second studio and with it an enhanced schedule of specialist classes for the new year including Pilates, yoga, tai chi and Alexander technique.
Pilates is an exercise for the whole body and is suitable for all the family. Many top sports professionals practice it as a way of building their core strength and preventing injuries.
The exercise was developed by Joseph Pilates who suffered from many sicknesses as a child and later developed his series of exercises to regain his fitness and develop his posture. The professionals at Lindy Griffiths think it’s a great exercise and recommend Pilates to people of all ages who need to:
