Police reports

Over the week of Monday, August 27, to Sunday, September 2, police received 11 reports of thefts from vehicles. Locations include West Stoke, Hares Lane – Funtington, Eartham Wood, Stansted Park, Abbots Close and Priory Close – Boxgrove. A number of homes were also targeted.

 

In York Road, Chichester, on August 27, police received a report a property was broken into between August 17 and August 27. A search of the property was carried out but nothing stolen. Serial 0405 27/8

 

On August 29, in Whyke Lane, Chichester, police received a report an unoccupied home had been broken into. Some personal possession were removed from the property. Serial 0459 29/8

 

In King George Gardens, Chichester, on Wednesday, August 29, a property was entered via an insecure door and electrical equipment taken from the property. Serial 0943 29/8

 

On August 30, police received a report of an attempted burglary in Leather Bottle Lane, Chichester, between August 17 and 28. A window was damaged but entry was not gained to the property.

 

In St James Square, Chichester, on August 30 there was a report of a distraction burglary. A purse was stolen from the property. Serial 0541 30/8

 

On August 30 police received a report that a property in Oving Road, Chichester, had been burgled with cash and jewellery taken from the property. Entry was gained via a broken window. Serial 1024 30/8.
