NATIONAL law firm Irwin Mitchell Private Wealth’s Chichester office has teamed up with Chichester Festival Theatre to support its campaign to help everyone enjoy live art.
The Ageless campaign intends to raise awareness and funds for the work the theatre does in its surrounding community to help bring the arts to everyone, particularly older people who are at risk of isolation.
During Ageless Week, the theatre held a special programme of free dementia and family-friendly events to highlight the important work and to bring people together.
Various colleagues at Irwin Mitchell attended. They included the regional manager, Paula James.
Ms James said: “I am delighted the office is involved with such a worthy cause. Chichester Festival Theatre’s Ageless campaign is very closely aligned with our values as a firm and we were more than happy to support the campaign.
“It is incredibly important to shine a light on the problems older members of the community can face. Events like these can help to break down barriers between the older and younger generations.”
Irwin Mitchell’s Chichester office is heavily involved with the community. Its chosen charity of the year for two years running has been Dementia Support and regularly takes part in events for the community.
