Wrap up warm and head to the Weald and Downland Living Museum for some fantastic indoor and outdoor crafts, activities and stories with a folklore theme this February half-term.
children of all ages can channel their excitement and energy into activities located around the museum’s 40 acre site.
Wet weather will not spoil play as there are plenty of areas under cover and 50 historic buildings to explore.
As part of their folklore themed week, an exciting programme of family-friendly activities that change daily have been planned, including make and take indoor craft activities, create a ferocious folklore creature, mythical monster face-painting, fireside stories about historical monsters and heroes and much more.
So why not get out into the countryside this half-term for a range of fun and educational activities that can be enjoyed by the whole family?
The museum will be open between 10.30am and 4pm every day.
Most activities are included in the admission price, and some ask for donations.
